Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Name / Company Name], [Street House Number], [Postal Code City], Email: [your-email@domain.de]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content or the provision of services (such as the immediate provision of a server), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the provider has begun with the performance of the contract,
• the consumer has expressly consented to the provider beginning with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal with the beginning of the performance of the contract through his consent.

Note: In the case of immediate provision of the server after ordering and corresponding consent by the customer, the right of withdrawal may therefore lapse. The exact implementation depends on the individual case – please have this instruction legally reviewed.
